AREAS OF SUPPORTÂ
Major CHANGES AND Transitions
Changes are happening all the time - some we can deal with. Others leave us at a loss, confused and not knowing which way to turn.Â
I assist you to manage these overwhelmimg times, and to find meaning and a way to recover, adapt and move forward. We look at how to renew and rebuild after these changes and disruptions
Loss , GRIEF AND TRAUMAÂ
Loss and trauma happen out ot the blue. Both can be potentially life changing.
They can leave us feeling lost, bewildered and shaken.
I offer a safe space to hold this grief and trauma. then to start to deal with it step by step.Â
Learning to be with and then cope with a deep sense of loss, that something profound has shifted.  adn then to find some meaning in this and find a way forward.
MUCH TOO MUCH SADNESS, EXHAUSTION AND DEPRESSIONÂ
Find emotional grounding , understand why you feel this way, and learn to manage this. once understood, clearer choices can be made, skills learnt, and more proactive decisions taken.
BEING THE BEST VERSION
OF YOURSELF
We all want to be happy, and live meaningful, rich and full liesv. To do this we need to explore who we are, what tare our highest values, and consider truthfully how we are making choices and putting into action what we belive in. Even when difficult.

This also means learning to live kindly with ourselves, with all our "messy bits" and also our resiliant life affirming qualities.Â
